You know, I was 16 when I was given the gift of education in my wealth, and even though there have been ups and downs, i have never looked back. Its for this reason, that i know that you are committed to making a massive difference to your life.

Let me tell you a bit about 10 properties in 10 years. Its a small but mighty group of individuals that have achieved success in property and other types of investing that have come together to form a mentoring base to teach clients the secrets to investing in 10 properties in 10 years or less.

Now i know what your thinking – how many thousands of dollars will this cost, which seminars do i have to go to and what’s the catch? Most other mentoring companies charge a mentoring fee of $5,000-$10000 or an even more ridiculous buyers agent fee of anywhere between $4-$9000 dollars per property. We feel personally that its highway robbery. What we have done instead is negotiate with developers to pay us a marketing fee – the same that they would pay any real estate agency. On top of that, we have negotiated things like instant equity, discounts as well as free property management on all our properties. This creates a win win situation for everyone concerned. And yes, we do charge a relativley small commitment fee that gets refunded to you in full if you upon settlement of your first property – otherwise we keep half and donate the other half to our favourite charity, which is pretty fair as far as I am concerned.
All our properties are thoroughly vetted and checked out – because let’s face it, if they weren’t, you wouldn’t get up to 10 with us, you would opt out at 1 or 2 invested.
